DESCRIPTION
The MSC23836C-xxBS20/DS20 is an 8,388,608-word x 36-bit CMOS dynamic random access memory module
which is composed of sixteen 16Mb(4Mx4) DRAMs in SOJ packages and four 8Mb(4Mx2) DRAMs in SOJ packages
mounted with twenty decoupling capacitors. This is a 72-pin single in-line memory module. This module supports
any application where high density and large capacity of storage memory are required.
