Unidirectional ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diodes in a SOD882 leadless

ultra small Surface Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package designed to protect one signal

line from the damage caused by ESD and other transients.

I Ultra small SMD plastic package

I ESD protection of one line

I Max. peak pulse power: PPP = 150 W

I Low clamping voltage: VCL = 20 V

I Ultra low leakage current: IRM < 700 nA

I ESD protection up to 30 kV

I IEC 61000-4-2; level 4 (ESD)

I IEC 61000-4-5; (surge); IPP up to 15 A
