Note 2. When OUT₁ is off and OUT₂ is connected to GND (Pin8) through 12kΩ.
Note 3. Notice inhibit to supply any voltage to input and output pin larger than V_CC+0.3V (Especially
beware of power switch on). Pin D₁ to D₅ should be connected to V_CC at no use of LED’s.
