Description:
The NTE15044 is an integrated circuit in a 3âLead DIP type package which generates a reset signal
for initializing microcomputers and LSI systems at their powerâon time, and a reset signal for prevent-
ing an abnormal system run at power fluctuation time.

D Generates a Reset Signal Below a Constant Voltage at PowerâOff Time
D Generates a Reset Signal when the Supply Voltage Falls, and Cancels it when the Supply
Voltage is Restored
D Capable of Detecting a Battery Service Life

D HighâAccuracy Voltage Detection
D Low Power Consumption: 10µA Typ @ VDD = 5V
