DRAM OE pin is tied LOW.
In response to the YFLAG input, the 85H command (option settings) should be:
D5: YFLGS =1, D4: YFCKP set to the YFLAG active level.
If YFLAG is active LOW, set YFCKP=0. If YFLAG is active HIGH, set YFCKP=1.
If 4M DRAM × 2 are used, use A10/NCAS2 pin.
If 16M DRAM × 2 are used, use NCAS3 pin.
