TRANSISTOR
Push-pull npn silicon planar epitaxial transistor primarily intended for use in linear VHF television
transmitters (vision or sound amplifiers).
Features
• Internally matched input for wideband operation andhigh power gain
• Implanted emitter ballasting resistors for an optimum temperature profile
• Gold metallization ensures excellent reliability
The transistor has a 5-lead rectangular flange envelope with a ceramic cap. All leads are isolated from
the flange.
