VHP PUSH-PULL POWER TRANSISTOR
Push-pull npn silicon planar epitaxial transistor primarily intended for usein VHP broadcast
transmitters.
Features
• Internally matched input for wideband operation andhigh power gain
• Implanted ballasting resistors for an optimum temperature profile
• Gold metallization ensures excellent reliability.
The transistor has a 5-lead rectangular flange envelope with a ceramic cap. All leads are isolated from
the flange.
