zener current) is superimposed on IZ
• Zener impedance is measured at two points on the reverse breakdown curve
• IZM values are derived for a ±5% VZ tolerance
Standard voltage tolerances are ±5% (B suffix), ±10% (A suffix) & ±20% (no suffix)
