resulting in small impedance fluctuation during
equipment operation.

Applications
1. Noise suppression for PCs with high-speed CPU and

peripheral equipment.
2. High harmonic noise suppression for digital
equipm ent with several hundred MHz or higher clock
speeds.

module (ensuring self-immunity).
