MP28119 Datasheet, PDF (1/12 Pages) Monolithic Power Systems – Ultra-small 1.7MHz, 600mA, Low-Voltage Synchronous Step-Down Converter
The Future of Analog IC Technology
DESCRIPTION
The MP28119 is a 1.7MHz constant frequency,
current mode, ultra-small PWM step-down
converter. The device integrates a main switch
and a synchronous rectifier for high efficiency
and eliminates the needs for an external
schottky diode. It is ideal for powering portable
equipment that runs from a single cell Lithium-
Ion (Li+) battery. The MP28119 can supply
600mA of load current from a 2.5V to 6V input
voltage.
The output voltages of the MP28119EG-1.0 and
MP28119EG-1.2 are fixed at 1.0V and 1.2V
respectively.
The MP28119 can also run at 100% duty cycle
for low dropout applications.
The MP28119 has an output discharge function
that controls the discharging of the output
capacitor.
The MP28119 is available in an ultra-small 2x2
QFN package.
