CMOS
MC141803 is a CMOS LCD Driver which consists of 4 annunciator outputs
and 153 high voltage LCD driving signals (33 commons and 120 segments).
MC141803 is split common output design. It has parallel interface capability for
operating with general MCU. Besides the general LCD driver features, it has
an on chip LCD bias Voltage Generator circuit such that fewer external com-
ponents are required during application.
