DESCRIPTION
The M35054-XXXFP and M35055-XXXFP are TV screen display con-
trol IC which can be used to display information such as number of
channels, the date and messages and program schedules on the TV
screen.
In particular, owing to the built-in SYNC-SEP (synchronous separa-
tion) circuit, the synchronous correction circuit, external circuits can
be decrease and character turbulence that occurs when superim-
posing can be reduced. The processor is suitable for AV systems
such as VTRs, LDs, and so on.
It is a silicon gate CMOS process and M35054-XXXFP and M35055-
XXXFP are housed in a 20-pin shrink SOP package.
For M35054-001FP/M35055-001FP that are a standard ROM ver-
sions of M35054-XXXFP/M35055-XXXFP respectively, the charac-
ter pattern is also mentioned.
