DESCRIPTION
The SD1018 is an epitaxial silicon NPN planar transistor designed
primarily for VHF mobile and marine transmitters. The device utilizes
emitter ballasting resistors and improved metallization systems to
achieve extreme ruggedness under severe operating conditions.
