DESCRIPTION
FEATURES
The NX2113 controller IC is a synchronous Buck con- ^{n Synchronous Controller in 10 Pin Package}
troller IC designed for step down DC to DC converter ^{n Bus voltage operation from 2V to 25V}
applications. Synchronous control operation replaces the ^{n Enable pin allows programmable BUS UVLO}
traditional catch diode with an Nch MOSFET resulting ^{n Less than 50 nS adaptive deadband}
in improved converter efficiency. The NX2113 controller ^{n Internal 300kHz for 2113 and 600kHz for 2113A}
is optimized to convert bus voltages from 2V to 25V to ^{n Internal Digital Soft Start Function}
outputs as low as 0.8V voltage using Enable pin to ^{n Separated power ground and analog ground for}
program the BUS voltage start up threshold. The NX2113 ^{extra noise filtering}
operates at 300kHz while 2113A is set at 600kHz ^{n Pb-free and RoHS compliant}
operation which together with less than 50 nS of dead
