The Databook DB86184 PCMCIA controller requires two 100kΩ pull-down resistors from pins 5 and 7 to
ground and a 100kΩ pull-up resistor from pin 6 to +3.3V (or +5V). Connect MIC2560-2 pin 8 to ground.
