0 = RRSOUT output
1 = GPO output
0 = Set the GPO pin low

0 = SHDN output
1 = TXFIN input
0 = RXLOS fault enabled, and the RXLOS output is enabled
for normal operation
1 = RXLOS fault disabled; also, the RXLOS output is
disabled, and will remain low
0 = External calibration mode
1 = Internal calibration.(the MIC3003’s ALU applies slope
and offset coefficients to the ALU results as necessary)
