This register is used to program the upper limit of acceptable resistor values for detecting a powered device. The
weighting is 400Ω and the default value is 68 dec (0x44). The default value of 68 means the upper limit is 68 x 400 =
27200Ω. Setting this register to a different value could cause operation that does not comply with IEEE Std 802.3af-
2003.

Reading this register returns the part ID number as 0x58.
Global REV Register

Reading this register returns the part revision number as 00.
