As noted in the Absolute Maximum Ratings section, the
voltage on SCLK can go up to V_DD + 0.3V without
causing damage. But applying V_DD + 0.3V to SCLK can
put the part in an unknown test mode. If this accidently
happens, cycle the power supply to restore the part to
normal operation
