Pin Description
FUNCTION
Active-High Output Enable. Has an internal pullup resistor (RPU).
Ground
Positive Output 1 for LVPECL
Negative Output 1 for LVPECL
Supply Voltage Input
No Internal Connection. Must be connected to ground.
Positive Output 2 for LVPECL
Negative Output 2 for LVPECL
Exposed Pad. The exposed pad must be used for thermal relief. This pad must be connected to
ground.
