Updated Section 7.9 and its subsections extensively to more clearly explain the
operation of the device. Also updated MCR3:AEFSEN, MCR3:EFSEN,
FSCR3:SOURCE and FSCR1:SYNCSRC to match.
In Section 10, added Note 1 to the Absolute Maximum Ratings.
In Table 6-2, corrected the default output frequenices for OC1–OC5,

In Table 6-3, corrected the WDT resistor value from 20k to 10k.
In Section 8, added note indicating systems must be able to access entire
