DESCRIPTION:
The 353 series are specially applied on small housing with wider angle
requirement.
It is in popular 5mm diameter package.
The semi-conductor materials used are:
GaP for (353HD/HT, 353GC/GD/GT)
GaAsP/GaP for (353RHC/RHD/RHT, 353YC/YD/YT and 353SD)
