PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Laird Aluminum Foil Tape consists of an aluminum foil backing and a unique electrically conductive
pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive (PSA). This reliable tape design provides outstanding electrical
grounding and EMI shielding for various equipment and components.
Laird Aluminum Foil Tape is supplied in rolls or further customized to your application by die-
cutting, hole punching, and so on.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUES
1. To obtain better adhesion, the surface should be cleaned and dried thoroughly. A typical
surface cleaning solvent is isopropyl alcohol. Use proper safety precautions for handling solvents.
2. Adhesion is highly dependent upon the surface contact of adhesive-to-surface. Apply
adequate pressure after tape applied is great help to adhesion..
3. Ideal tape application temperature range is 21°C to 38°C.
