Description
LR1553
The LR1553 is a single, bi-directional, single-p ole
double throw (SPDT) CMOS switch. It features low
on-resistance (0.6Ω TYP) and high-bandwidth
(80MHz). LR1553 features low on-resistance flatness
over the signal range (0.18Ω TYP). This ensures
excellent linearity and low distortion when switching
audio signals.
The LR1553 is designed for low operating voltage
(1.65V-5.5V), high current switching of speaker
output for cell phone or a balanced
microphone/speaker/ring tone generator in a mono-
phone mode. The device contains a break before
make feature which eliminates signal disruption
during switching.
LR1553 is available in a SOT363 package.
