GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The LND5205 is an ultra low noise low dropout
regulator (LDO) with 150mA current capability
and low dropout (150mV at full load).
The LND5205 offers <1% initial accuracy and
includes an Enable pin which reduces
quiescent current to near “zero” current when
shutdown.
The LND5205 includes reverse battery
protection, current limiting, and thermal
shutdown protection.
The LND5205 is available in a space saving
SOT23-5 package with fixed output voltage
versions ranging from 1.8V to 12V.
The LND5205 operates over a Tj=-40 to 125C
temperature range.
