GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The LND431LV are three-terminal low-voltage
adjustable shunt regulators with specified
thermal stability. The output voltage may be set
to any value between V_ref (approximately 1.24V)
and 6V with two external resistors. These
devices have typical output impedance of 0.2Ω..
