GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ML9098B is a 24-hour/ 12-hour car clock IC that drives 1/2-duty dynamic or static LCDs. It has a wide range
of power supplies using oscillation of 4.194304 MHz. The ML9098B has time adjustment functions in hour,
minute, and 30-minute units.
