The KB1608B46 (KLB-16B) is a ultra small and thin form package white LED and it's ideal

for cellular phone key pad back light, for devices of display modules and for indicators

of various electrical appliances.

2. Features

â Small Footprint Surface Mount Package ( 1.6 L Ã 0.8 W Ã 0.4 H [mm])

â Forward Voltage(VF) from 2.6 to 3.4V @ Forward Current(IF)=10mA

â â â Operation Temperature from -20 to +85

â High Electric Static Discharge(ESD) Voltage above than 1,000V for HBM

â High Luminous Intensity(IV) is typical 60mcd @ IF=10mA
