Computing measurement uncertainty
Keysight provides several versions of a noise figure uncertainty calculator (NFUC). The
spreadsheet version gives the user the most freedom to enter DUT information and
instrument specifications to get an accurate noise figure uncertainty. The spreadsheet
version of the NFUC can be found at: www.keysight.com/find/nfuc
Noise figure and VSWR of the measurement depend on the measurement configuration
used and also the gain of the DUT.
