Product Description
TCS100T is a pure copper sheet which has a high thermal
conductivity even though it is extremely thin which is with
thermal radiation layer and thermal conductive adhesive. It is
available to provide solutions to the thermal management and
heat-sinking in limited space or further heat-sinking. TCS100T
is thin, light and perfect workability making custom shape as
customer wants.
