Applications

â¢ Video Switching and Routing

The HFA1120/883 is a high speed, wideband, fast settling

current feedback ampliï¬er. Built with Intersilâ proprietary,

complementary bipolar UHF-1 process, it is the fastest

monolithic ampliï¬er available from any semiconductor man-

ufacturer.

The HFA1120/883âs wide bandwidth, fast settling character-

istic, and low output impedance, make this ampliï¬er ideal for

driving fast A/D converters. Additionally, it offers offset volt-

age nulling capabilities as described in the âOffset Adjust-

mentâ section of this datasheet.

Component and composite video systems will also beneï¬t

from this ampliï¬erâs performance, as indicated by the excel-

lent gain ï¬atness, and 0.03%/0.05 Degree Differential Gain/

Phase speciï¬cations (RL = 75â¦).
