When mounted in a 10°C/W socket and operated at Absolute
Maximum Electrical conditions, the HDSP200XLP will show an
LED junction rise of 17°C. lf T_A=40°C, then the LED’s T_J will be
57°C. Under these conditions Figure 7 shows that the I_V will be
75% of its 25°C value.
