Switching Parameters
For all shown switching parameters ILD6070 has been measured on evaluation board ILD6070 at T_A = 25 °C.
Used LEDs have a typical V_fLED of 3 V. Efficiency figure shows total efficiency of the application board including
losses of external components as inductor or Schottky diode. See the application note for further details.
