Switching losses for resistive loads
Switching the device on and off may cause switching losses E_ON and E_OFF. In case of a resistive load, the switching
losses depend on the supply voltage V_bb as well as on the load current I_L and the junction temperature T_j. Figure 8
shows this dependencies of the switching losses.
