0 = 44.1 / 48 KHz audio (1X operation)
1 = 88.2 / 96 KHz audio (2X operation)

operation). User bits U0 and U1 are
always under software control. User
bits U2 and U3 are also under software
control if ADATFRMT is set. If

ignored and the bits transmitted as
U3:U2 are controlled by hardware
according to the sample-rate of the
data stream.
