General Description
The IDT8V19N476-01I is a FemtoClock® NG Clock Synthesizer. The
device has been designed to synthesize the RF clock frequency for
the IDT8V19N486-02I VCXO-PLL. The device is optimized to deliver
excellent phase noise performance by using IDT’s fourth generation
FemtoClock® NG technology. The PLL supports an internal
state-of-the-art low phase noise VCO. The device is packaged in a
lead-free (RoHS 6) 48-lead VFQFN package. The extended
temperature range supports wireless infrastructure,
telecommunication and networking end equipment requirements.
The device is a member of the high-performance clock family from
IDT.

• Frequency multiplication from 153.6MHz to 2457.6MHz by an
state-of-the-art low-phase-noise PLL (integrated VCO)
• Differential RF output, CML style (2457.6MHz)
• Differential clock input
• Supported input frequencies: 153.6MHz, 51.2MHz, 76.8MHz,
102.4MHz, 38.4MHz, 204.8MHz and 307.2MHz
