OVERVIEW
The ICM8010 is a 10-bit 750 kSPS through put rate
SAR Analog-to-Digital Converter with a uni-polar,
single-ended input. It has Successive
Approximation Register (SAR) architecture and
can sample the analog input. It has a flexible serial
interface.
