N-Type diodes
Althought this type of laser diodes are supported by
iC-NZP, itâs strongly recommended to use iC-NZN in-
stead, since in this conï¬guration all the pulses at LDA
will be coupled directly to pin MD due to monitor photo
diodeâs internal capacitance. Thus making an accurate
control much more difï¬cult.
