FEATURES
o Input voltage 8 to 36 Vdc
o Highly efficient down converter
o Switching transistor and free-wheeling diode integrated
o Adjustment of the regulator cut-off current with external
resistor
o Integrated 100 kHz oscillator without external components
o Switching frequency above the audible range
o Two downstream linear regulators with 200 mA/25 mA output
current
o Three different output voltage combinations of 3.3 V version
available (see Block Diagram)
o Small residual ripple with low capacitances in the µF range
o Fault message at overtemperature and undervoltage at
current-limited open-collector output
o Shutdown of switching regulator at overtemperature
o Internal reference voltages
o ESD protection
o Low space requirement with SO8 resp. tiny DFN10 package
o Option: enhanced temperature range of -40 to 85 °C
