General Description
The HTG2150 is an 8-bit high performance
RISC-like microcontroller. The single cycle in-
struction and two-stage pipeline architecture
make it suitable for high speed application. The
device is ideally suited for multiple LCD low

· On-chip RC oscillator for system clock and
32768Hz crystal oscillator for timebase and
LCD driver
· HALT function and wake-up feature reduce
power consumption
· 8-level subroutine nesting
· Bit manipulation instructions
· 63 powerful instructions
