Vss = 4.5 to 5.5 V, Vspn = 4.25 to 5.75 V, Vfcs = 4.25 to 8.5 V, Vsld = 4.25 to 5.75 V, Vtry = 4.25
to 8.5 V, Tjopr = –20 to +135°C
When operating with Vfcs > Vss, it is necessary to set Vtry = Vfcs. Also, settings must be made
that satisfy the following condition:
Vtry + Vss – Vsld ≤ 8.5 V
