General Description
The HA8003 is a K-Band low noise amplifier for applications in the 30GHz range.
The high gain, good flatness and low noise figure makes this device an ideal choice as a low noise
amplifier for receiver applications in the frequency range from 30 GHz to 36GHz.
The device operates from –30°C to +70°C with a single supply voltage.
