General Description
The HA6013 is a high power amplifier for applications in Ku-Band.
The moderate gain and high output power makes this device an ideal choice as a high power
amplifier for transmitters in the frequency range from 17.0GHz to 18.0GHz.
Optional higher gain, protection circuits, temperature and output power monitor available.
The device operates from –10°C to +50°C.
