General Description
The HA6012 is a very broadband high power amplifier modul for broadband applications.
The high gain and high output power makes this device an ideal choice as a high power amplifier for
transmitters in the frequency range from 2.0GHz to 18.0GHz. It inludes a power monitor output for
transmitted power, temperature sensor and reverse polarity protection.
The device operates from –10°C to +40°C.
