General Description
The HA6002 is an amplifier for applications up to Ku-Band.
The high gain, good flatness, low noise figure and high output power makes this device an ideal
choice as a low noise driver amplifier in the frequency range from 14.0GHz to 16.4GHz.
The device operates from –40°C to +55°C.
