General Description
The G3601 is a single inverter gate with high speed.
It’s designed for 1.65V to 5.5V Vcc operation, and low
power consumption. The G3601 performs the Boolean
function Y= A . This device is fully specified for par-
tial-power-down applications using I_off. The I_off circuitry
disables the output, preventing damaging current
backflow through the device when it is power down.
The G3601 is available in the WLCSP2X2-4 package.
