General Description
The G1336B is a low voltage rail-to-rail CMOS com-
parator with hysteresis push-pull output. The charge/
discharge time is different and can be adjusted by us-
ing the capacitor on the TCAP pin. It is guaranteed to
operate from 2.7V to 8V power supply. The current
consumption is as low as 5μA at 5V supply voltage.
When giving the 5V supply, the G1336B can supply
3.3V output for the next stage driving. So it is very
suitable for portable electronic devices applications.
G1336B is available in the SOT-23-6 package.
