APPLICATION NOTES
1. Assembly to be identified with Glenair’s name, part number and
date code, space permitting.
2. Material/Finish:
Shell - CRES/passivate.
Pin Contact - Alloy 52/gold plated.
Socket Contact - Copper alloy/gold plated.
Insulator - Fused vitreous glass/N.A.
Insulator - High grade rigid dielectric/N.A.
Seals - Fluorosilicone elastomer/N.A.
Potting compound - Epoxy.
3. The coax contact interface is AS39029/76, VSWR - 1.3:1, DC
to 200 MHz; 1.5:1, 200 MHz to 500 MHz. Dev -500 VRMS.
4. Hermeticity: <1x10^-7 cc/Sec of helium at one atmosphere
delta P over the operating temperature range.
5. Insulation resistance: Greater than 5000 megohms.
6. Dielectric withstanding voltage: 500 VAC pin to pin and pins
to shell.
7. Connector requires epoxy backfill after cable/wire
terminated and installed into the connector.
8. Operating temperature: -57°C to 85°C.
