The Fujitsu group takes magneto-optical (MO)
technology to new levels with the fourth-generation
drives — MCE3130AP and MCE3130SS. These
state-of-the-art, high-performance drives store up
to 1.3GB on industry standard 3.5” MO disks, and
offer the high level of ruggedness and reliability you
have come to expect from Fujitsu MO products.
High Capacity and
Performance Storage
The MCE3130AP and MCE3130SS drives
provide 1.3GB data storage with full downward
compatibility. They also provide 23ms seek time,
data transfer rates up to 5.9 MB/sec and 2MB
buffer size. Magneto-optical is ideal for backup,
archiving, data acquisition, medium scale
software distribution, or anything that requires
high capacity, reliable, removable storage.
