The FT120 is a USB controller
developed independently with close 
consideration of the industry classic,
D12 chip. It communicates with a 
microcontroller over the generic 
parallel interface. The FT120 has the


clock frequency (4 – 24 MHz)
30 kHz output clock provided during suspend.
