General Description
MC96P6608 is a CMOS 8 bit MCU which provides
a 8K bytes OTP-ROM and 256 bytes RAM.
It has following major features,
Carrier Generator : It has a carrier signal generator
of IR remote controller.
Power Consumption – Sub Active Mode: To decr-
ease the power consumption, It can be operated
with sub-clock (32.768kHz).
